Salix Alba (Willow) Bark Extract is a natural salicylic acid (BHA). It can visibly calm the appearance of temporarily redness and accelerate the skin’s exfoliation process to remove old skin cells. This process helps improve the effectiveness of the upcoming skincare products. It may reduce the appearance of dull and uneven skin tone. BHA is an oil-soluble, compared to Alpha Hydroxy Acid, which is a water-soluble acid. Sodium Hyaluronate also known as Hyaluronic acid (HA) is a so-called special mucopolysaccharide naturally occurring in the human body. It is the most effective humectant available -a substance that promotes retention of moisture. Its unmatched hydrating properties increase smooth and soft skin while visibly diminishing wrinkles. Hyaluronic acid can attract moisture up to a thousand times its own weight. You can find both low and high molecular sodium hyaluronate in Verso products.

Yeast extract optimizes the level of hyaluronic acid in the skin, strengthening the skin to increase its resistance against environmental stressors. The overall result is a smooth and supple skin.

Environmentally friendly tiny beads from jojoba, that is made of biodegradable natural wax. Has a gentle exfoliating effect on the skin, being less harsh than a traditional scrub.

Micellar molecules are cleansing molecules, suspended in water, with both hydrophilic and hydrophobic qualities.

Synthetic perfume from Grapefruit, Moss and Herbs found in: Body Oil Cleanser, Body Peel, Body Lotion.

Amino acids are the building blocks of life: the natural constituents of living tissues. Our body is made up of proteins (like collagen and elastin), which are long chains of amino acids joined together. A peptide is a chain of 2 to 20 amino acids. There are 20 different amino acids, and some are known to be “essential”. These cannot be synthesized on their own. The use of amino acid and peptides in cosmetics and supplements are the only ways to supply them for a healthy-looking, strong body. The “non-essentials” can be produced by the body but with age, the production slows down which can result in visibly unbalanced skin and hair. Verso uses three types of peptides as key ingredients: Palmitoyl Tetrapeptide-7, Tripeptide-1, and Palmitoyl Glycine.

PHA has soothing, moisturizing and antioxidant benefits. It also helps with the exfoliating process on the skins surface. This form of PHA is gentle without compromising the visible results of soft and smooth skin. Can usually be used on sensitive skin.
